Delivery

We send all of our wax melt orders via Royal Mail (Royal Mail Group Ltd). UK Signed First Class delivery is approximately 1-3 working days, but this isn't guaranteed and can take longer due to delays within Royal Mail. All products are sent by First Class post, so we will do all we can to get them to you ASAP.

UK Signed Delivery

Standard Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from the date of dispatch. This isn't guaranteed and can take longer depending on the time of year (for example, Christmas), COVID-19 and other delays within Royal Mail.

We always use UK Signed First Class Delivery to guarantee product arrival ASAP. Our prices are based on weight - for example, £13.19 would be the postage for a 20 kg parcel.
